As your yoga teacher I recommend the following:  Drink water to help keep your body hydrated; allow yourself to acknowledge your emotions rather than bury them for another day; pay attention to where you are feeling tightness or pain in your body; practice a fluid moving yoga practice emphasizing the hips, sacrum, abdomen (core work), knees and joints.
